Currently, we ship within the continental United States and Canada. Due to the size and weight of our solid wood pieces, shipping rates are calculated based on your specific location and the weight of the items.
How should I care for my Woodcraft product?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For spills, use a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight to preserve the natural oil or lacquer finish.
Can I request a custom size for a dining table?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke commissions. Please contact our design team via the 'Custom Orders' page with your preferred dimensions, and we will provide a quote and estimated lead time within 48 hours.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard catalog items. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund minus shipping costs. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are made-to-order, lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks. Once your piece is completed and passes quality inspection, shipping usually takes an additional 5-10 business days.
