Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Secure the item in its original protective packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our woodworkers inspect the returned item for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
